Let us work on ourselves to better understand others.

Character building starts from birth.

For children, their mental well-being is built on their home lives, parents, and family. These can allow them to thrive and make their lives better, or harm them in ways that can have lifelong effects. This is why we need to pay attention to our actions and consider how they can affect our children's mental health, so that we can do our best in caring for them.

So, how can we do this?

By looking into our interactions with our children regularly.

In order to learn more about ourselves, it is important to self-evaluate and examine the source of our fear and mistrust of the world around us, whether that is affecting our relationship with them.

Please remember, there is no shame in acknowledging your flaws and trying to better yourself. That is the very first step in living a better life.

Self-improvement is a continuous process for all of us.

Love and peace
